PTCCL Privacy Notice

Priority Travel Careers and Consulting Limited (PTCCL) collects the information that prospective learners and consulting clients voluntarily provide in our enquiry forms.

Information we collect

For learners: name, email, optional city/state, training interest and optional message. For consulting clients: name, work email, optional organisation, area of interest and project message.

How we use the information

We use enquiries to respond, understand training needs, and discuss potential services or partnerships. Submitting a form does not enrol you in a paid course, enter you into a contract, or automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where information is processed

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Once forms are activated, submitted details are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in restricted-access Google Sheets controlled by PTCCL. Cloudflare and Google may process technical information under their own terms.

Storage and rights

PTCCL should restrict spreadsheet access to authorised staff and adopt a documented retention schedule before launching registrations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable by emailing info@prioritytravelcareers.com.

This is a starter notice requiring PTCCL's review and completion before collecting real user information. Update it when your data practices change.
